Who We Are

Wendy Maisey, CKC Judge has been breeding dogs for over 50 years. Having originally begun in Doberman’s and Miniature Pinchers in the early ’70s, Wendy bred dogs to achieve the highest-ranking positions in both conformation and agility. She took that passion and precision to a new breed, the adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in the late ‘90s.

Her Cavaliers achieved unlikely agility feats proving these dogs are and should be, athletic as they are beautiful, and bred some of the all-time top winning Cavaliers in Canadian dog show history.

As a CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) all-breed judge, Wendy’s respected eye and assessment of quality are as accomplished as her dog’s titles. As an international judge, Wendy spent 10 days judging the respected Sydney Royal. She has been judging since the late ‘90s and continues to be excited and dedicated to preserving pure bred dogs.

Wow, what a great puppy you have raised. He comes to his name and loves to cuddle and play. He is such a great little canine soul. He eats well and has slept quietly in his kennel thus far. We thought we had puppy-proofed the house from chewing episodes but he has found a few gaps in our efforts but we are learning! You are the best ever breeder and we are so very grateful to have this little gem in our lives. THANK YOU!
